Just as with our clients, we use our process to match each individual candidate's needs with our positions. Our recruiters take the time to listen to your career goals and ambitions, and they work one-on-one with you in order to place you on an assignment that provides the best professional fit. Our process is designed to be efficient and thorough:

• Send us your resume to work@curostrategies.com. Be sure to include a detailed overview of your experience, skills, background and goals.
• We will contact you to discuss your ambitions and our current set of open positions.
• An interview will be setup to assess your skillsets.
• After completing a successful interview and the appropriate paperwork, the candidate will be presented to the client for their assessment.
• As soon as the client approves of the candidate, a formal offer will be made.
• When you begin your employment tenure with the client, Curo Strategies will continue to be there to support you.
