Most recently Mr. Nacht was the head of digital strategy at
TestTakerOnline.com. In this capacity, he was
responsible for intellectual property management, anticipating customer needs, and the development
of business performance metrics. He also consulted on product branding. Gary also provided IT management
consulting services in the Education and Intellectual Property domains where he was responsible
for managing projects using a hybrid agile/waterfall methodology. He was responsible for all account management
functions, including: process re-engineering, business development, budget and resource planning,
risk management, client engagement, as well as senior management communication.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nacht was an IT Director at Fannie Mae.
In this capacity, he was responsible for supporting the Capital Markets business with IT solutions that met aggressive timelines
but also met the high standards of IT governance brought about by the oversight of the Federal
Housing Finance Agency. He was directly responsible for executing a multi-year $12M roadmap to
replace the legacy platform supporting Capital Markets Operations functions; a solution composed of commercial off
the shelf and custom solutions. Mr. Nacht was a member of Fannie Mae's CEO Fellows program.

Prior to his work at Fannie Mae, Mr. Nacht was a software developer at Westinghouse Defense
and the National Association of Securities Dealers (currently FINRA).
Mr. Nacht has a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and
holds Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master certifications.
